LARRY MOORE is EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/SERVICE OFFICER of this commission. He is a Vietnam veteran who served with the US Navy Seabees, a life member of VFW Post #3494, as well as being Past Post Commander (1997-2001), Past District 10 Commander, and currently serving the VFW Department of Ohio as State Legislative and VFW-PAC Chairman. He is a life member of AMVETS Post #26, member of Voiture 20 40 et 8, 22 year member of American Legion Post #16, and served the Ohio State Association of Veterans Service Commissioners as President. Larry also belongs to Moose Lodge #341, Mansfield Memorial and Patriotic Association, Free Masons Venus Lodge #152, and the Ancient and Accepted Scottish Rite Valley of Columbus. Larry has been a resident of Richland County since 1962

WILLIAM R. LALLMAN, Jr. is a SERVICE OFFICER of this Commission He served in the US Army from 1993 to 2002. Bill is a life member of VFW Post #3494 and the Patriot Guard Riders, and has been a Service Officer since July 2003. Bill is originally from Erie, PA, and has been resident of Richland County since 2001.

ANTONY R. DELONG is a SERVICE OFFICER of this Commission. He retired from the US Army in September 2002, after serving for 20 years. During this time he was deployed to Desert Storm, Bosnia, and Kosovo. Tony is a member of the VFW, AMVETS, and the American Legion. He is a National Volunteer for the American Red Cross, and a member of the Association of the United States Army and the Association of the 1st Infantry Division. He has been a Service Officer since February 2006, and been resident of Richland County since 2004.
